Terms & Conditions – Viaggio Tours

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a trip with Viaggio Tours.


1. General Information

Viaggio Tours operates as a licensed travel agency offering organized travel packages, cruises, tours, and accommodation services worldwide.
By booking a trip through our website https://viaggio-tours.com, by email, or through one of our representatives, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made directly with Viaggio Tours.


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit or full payment has been received and the client has received written confirmation from Viaggio Tours.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (name, contact details, travel documents).
  • Any changes or corrections requested after confirmation may be subject to additional fees charged by suppliers (airlines, hotels, or tour operators).

3. Payments

Payment terms depend on the package type and are clearly stated in each travel offer:

  • Standard Packages: 50% deposit upon booking; balance due no later than 30 days before departure.
  • Last-Minute or Promotional Packages: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
  • All payments must be made in EUR or equivalent local currency, via:

    • 🔗 Secure payment link issued by Viaggio Tours

If full payment is not received within the specified time, the booking will be automatically cancelled without refund of the deposit.


4. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices include the services explicitly mentioned in the travel description.
Viaggio Tours reserves the right to modify prices in the event of:

  • Exchange rate fluctuations
  • Changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier costs
  • Errors or omissions on the website (will be corrected immediately upon discovery)

Any price adjustments will be communicated before final confirmation.


5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and prepayment terms follow the policy indicated in the Refund & Returns Policy section.
In summary:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days before departure: 50% fee (deposit non-refundable).
  • Cancellations within 30 days or no-show: 100% fee.
  • In case of supplier-related cancellations (e.g., airline or hotel), Viaggio Tours will offer equivalent alternatives or assist in obtaining refunds where possible.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used.


6. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, and travel insurance as required for the destination.
Viaggio Tours will provide guidance on visa requirements but cannot be held responsible for entry refusals, expired documents, or denied boarding due to incomplete paperwork.


7. Health & Safety

Participants must ensure that they are medically fit for travel and comply with the health and vaccination requirements of the destination country.
Viaggio Tours is not liable for any costs arising from medical incidents, accidents, or quarantine measures during the trip.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.


8. Responsibility of Viaggio Tours

Viaggio Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise companies, etc.).
We ensure that all partners are reputable and licensed, but we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by third parties
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political events)
  • Losses due to personal negligence or non-compliance with local laws

In such situations, Viaggio Tours will always assist clients in finding the best possible solutions.


9. Changes in Itinerary

In rare circumstances, adjustments to the itinerary may be required due to weather conditions, supplier issues, or safety concerns.
Viaggio Tours reserves the right to make necessary modifications while ensuring that the quality and value of the trip remain equivalent.


10. Complaints

Any complaints regarding services provided must be reported immediately on-site to allow the issue to be resolved promptly.
If the issue remains unresolved, a written complaint may be submitted within 5 working days after returning from the trip to:

We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 15 business days.


11. Personal Data Protection

All personal data provided by clients is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Viaggio Tours guarantees the confidentiality and security of all customer information.


12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by European Union and Italian law.
Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved amicably; if no agreement is reached, the case will be brought before the competent courts in Italy.
