💳 Payments & Booking Confirmation
To confirm any booking made with Viaggio Tours, a prepayment is required as specified in each travel offer.
The payment policy may vary depending on the package type:
- Standard Packages: 50% deposit required upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
- Special Offers / Last Minute Packages: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
All payments can be made securely via:

- 🔗 Secure payment link issued by Viaggio Tours
Once payment is received, you will get a Booking Confirmation Email and Invoice, officially securing your reservation.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on when the request is made:
- Up to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged (deposit is non-refundable).
- Within 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Some special offers, cruises, and promotional packages are non-refundable, as stated in their terms.

🔁 Date & Name Changes
Date or passenger name changes may be possible upon written request, subject to supplier approval and additional fees.
Viaggio Tours will assist with such requests whenever possible, depending on the flexibility of each partner or airline.
💵 Refunds
When applicable, refunds are processed:
- Within 7–10 business days
- To the same payment method used for the original transaction
- After receiving the written cancellation request and verifying the booking details
Refunds apply only if the booking qualifies under the cancellation terms above.
📄 Important Notes
- Once the full payment has been processed, the booking becomes final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- If the customer fails to complete the payment within the specified deadlines, the booking will be automatically cancelled without refund of the deposit.
- In case of flight delays, cancellations, or supplier schedule changes, Viaggio Tours acts as an intermediary and will assist in obtaining compensation or rebooking options according to supplier policies.
- It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage.
