To confirm your booking, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
If the booking is made less than 30 days before the travel date, the full payment (100%) is required immediately.

- Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure:
→ 50% of the total price will be charged (deposit is non-refundable). - Cancellations made within 30 days before departure or no-show:
→ 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the same payment method used for the booking.
